PVCC YOGA CLASS
Monday & Wednesday 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Amy Andrews will be teaching a Hatha based practice with a focus on core strength.  It will include classical postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama).  It will increase flexibility, tone and strengthen muscle and improve overall mental and physical well being!!   All levels, including anyone new to yoga are welcome.  Those new to the practice are invited to come early, (up to 20 minutes) if they want, to ask questions and get comfortable.    Extra mats are available.  Members can bring a guest.  The first class is FREE with door prizes! Classes begin Tuesday, September 13th.  
Members - $6.00
Non Members - $8.00
The cost of class will be billed directly to member or bring a check made out to PVCC (no cash will be accepted). Class will be held in dining room. Please bring mat if you have one.  Please come early to reserve your spot.
