Pine Valley offers a variety of membership to fit all different needs.  Each class of membership pays a monthly due and a food minimum (this varies with the type of membership).  Some classes of membership also pay a capital replacement monthly fee.

FULL MEMBERSHIP

Entitles the member to all privileges of the Club (Golf, Pool and Tennis) including the right to vote at club elections and to hold office.

FULL-INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

The Full-Individual Member class shall entitle one (1) individual to all the privileges of the Club, including the right to vote and hold office.  Family privileges (Article IV, Section 2) do not apply to this member class.

JUNIOR  MEMBERSHIP

Entitles the member (who must be under 36 years of age) to all privileges of the Club (golf, pool and tennis) including the right to vote at club elections and to hold office. Junior Members automatically become Full Members upon reaching 36 years of age.

SPORTS MEMBERSHIP

Entitles the member to all privileges of the Club, pool and tennis. They may neither vote nor hold office but may golf twice a month at full greens fees and cart fees.

SPORTS-INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

The Sports-Individual membership is for 1 (one) adult individual only and does not include children and/or other family members. The Sports-Individual shall be entitled to the privileges of the Club, pool and tennis only, with the following exception:  Family privileges (Article IV, Section 2) do not apply to this member class. They may neither vote nor hold office but may play golf twice a month at full green fees.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

The Social membership entitles the member to all privileges of the Club and the use of the pool. They may neither vote nor hold office but may golf and play tennis twice a month at full greens fees, cart fees, and court fees.

NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP

Non-resident members must live outside a 50-mile radius of Wilmington. Non-Resident members shall be entitled to privileges of the Club and may golf for 36 rounds per year per membership.  Any golf rounds in excess of 36 rounds per year will be charged at full greens fees. Non-Resident Members may neither vote nor hold office.

The above memberships include FAMILY PRIVILEGES extended to include the immediate family.  Immediate family is defined to include only such member’s wife or husband, unmarried children not over 21 years of age, and grandchildren not over 16 years of age.  Children who are in military service or actively engaged in completing their education shall have family privileges up to the age of 25.
